Hot Vinyasa Flow: Link breath to movement in our heated studio (95-100 degrees). This challenging yet accessible class builds strength and promotes detoxification. Curious about hot yoga? Check out our FAQ for everything you need to know.
Vinyasa (All Levels): A non-heated, dynamic flow class that builds from foundational poses to more complex sequences, balancing body and mind.
Ashtanga Vinyasa: A dynamic, disciplined class that combines the flowing movements of Vinyasa with the structured poses of Ashtanga. Students will build strength and focus while moving through a set sequence. Best for those with some yoga experience.
Level 1 Vinyasa: Perfect for beginners, focusing on fundamental alignment and basic poses to build comfort and confidence.
Yoga Sculpt: A high-energy, full-body workout combining resistance training, cardio bursts, and dynamic yoga sequences to strengthen, tone, and balance. Optional light weights.
Yin Yoga: A passive, restorative practice where poses are held for longer durations to improve joint mobility, release tension, and calm the nervous system. Ideal for athletes, those with stiffness, or seeking deep relaxation.
